Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of orynstudio.store and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by ECOMJON LLC, 13964 Easy St, McCall, ID 83638, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can and photograph it faithfully. Screen calibration varies, so colours may appear slightly different in person. Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 2cm. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing, and to limit or refuse any order.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we dispatch the item and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock or the order is flagged as fraudulent — and will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, photography, graphics and the Oryn Studio name and marks — is owned by or licensed to ECOMJON LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to scrape it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECOMJON LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their own place of residence where local law requires.
