Refund and Return Policy

You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box.
  • Pierced jewellery and swimwear cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken, for health reasons.
  • Final-sale items are marked clearly on the product page and are not returnable.

How to return

  1. Email support@orynstudio.store with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
  3. Post the item back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it and refund your original shipping.

Refund timing

Once your return reaches us it is inspected within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued immediately to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want — this is faster and guarantees the replacement is in stock.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return and either a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not already left our facility.
