Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
1–2 business days. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
How much is shipping?
Standard is $8.00 and free on orders of $70 or more (4–7 business days). Express is $15.00 (2–3 business days).
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We will update our shipping page as soon as that changes.
My tracking has not updated.
Give it 24 hours from dispatch. If there is no movement after 7 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Sizing and fit
How do your sizes run?
True to size for relaxed and A-line cuts; size up if you are between sizes on a fitted style. Full measurements are in the size guide.
What size is the model wearing?
It is listed on each product page along with her height.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery, for anything unworn with tags attached.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — then we cover it and refund your original shipping too.
How long do refunds take?
Inspected within 2 business days of arrival, then refunded immediately. Your bank usually takes a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Can I exchange instead?
We do not run direct exchanges. Return for a refund and reorder — it is quicker and guarantees the size is in stock.
Products
Will a sold-out colour come back?
Sometimes. We work in small runs, so many colourways do not return. If you want to know, email us and we will tell you straight.
How should I care for my dress?
Care instructions are on every product page and on the garment label. Most of our cotton and linen styles machine wash cool; satin and occasion styles are hand wash or dry clean.
Payment and security
What payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Is my card safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never see or store your card number.

At the time you place the order.
